Teology is the Indian School of Tea’s philosophy of learning and understanding tea in its fullest sense.
While a Tea Sommelier focuses primarily on tea service, tasting and recommendations, Teology goes further. It explores tea as a living discipline that brings together appreciation, culture, history, hospitality, business, sustainability, research and innovation.
It is designed for those who believe that understanding tea requires more than knowledge of the cup—it requires an understanding of the people, places, traditions and ideas that shape it.
